John brings nearly four decades of experience in financial services, having worked at some of the world's largest global banks including UBS, BNP Paribas, and BBVA. Most recently, John served in executive leadership positions at regional banks, focusing on the needs of emerging and middle-market companies. Over his career, John has structured more than $10 billion in debt financing for public and private companies across a wide range of industries. He has also successfully integrated private equity solutions to optimize capital structures while supporting long-term, sustainable growth strategies. With a vast network of capital providers, John plays a critical role in Helios’ Mergers and Acquisitions activities. John also maintains his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
