In her role, she leads business development, brand integration, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across all Powerplus Co organizations.

Before joining Powerplus, Ms. Carli co-founded and served as President of Akon Lighting, where she played a pivotal role in expanding renewable energy access throughout Africa, South America, and the Middle East.

With over a decade of experience at the United Nations in international business development, Melodie brings a wealth of global expertise, cross-cultural leadership, and a deep commitment to sustainable innovation and impact-driven growth.
